Curing Oven and Spray Booth
At CPCS we utilize professional grade equipment to make your project look perfect every time. With our 20' oven and spray booth we can tackle a variety of projects, large and small.
Media Blasting
Media blasting is the process of removing rust, paint, dirt, powder coat and other debris from your item. This process brings metal back to its original finish before powder coat or other finishes are applied.
Pre-Treatment Steam Wash
One of the most important phases of the powder coating process is making sure the item is properly cleaned and ready for powder. CPCS uses a 3-stage wash and chemical steam cleaning process to ensure proper powder adhesion and prevents future corrosion.
